Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bikeologist. Check out our return/replacement terms below to know what to expect before you get out on the road with your new gear.

RETURN & REFUNDS
Our returns policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• In the case of any manufacturing defect, we will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, resellable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• If the item is not returned in the original packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing times for Bikeologist:
• It can take Bikeologist 1-3 business days to process any returns and refunds.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and a full refund:
• Nutrition products, hygiene products, bib shorts, and other similar items.
• Each return and refund will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
• Return/Exchange is possible only if the packaging and label have not been tampered with in any way.
• Products should be accompanied by the original sales invoice for Exchange and Refund.

• Any product purchased within 10 calendar days and returned as dead on arrival/not functioning as per the operational manual/falling short of declared product specifications will be exchanged or refunded after it has been tested by our personnel or a manufacturer’s authorized service center technician. The process can take up to five business days.

• Exchange/Refund will be done only after the investigation/technical report.
• Exchange or Refund on Major/Medium products like bicycles will be based on the manufacturer’s authorized service center’s investigation report.
• If the packaging is incomplete or the product is damaged, scratched, exchange or refund will not be applicable.
• Custom items will not be eligible for any refund.
• We also do not accept DG or hazardous materials such as flammable products, gases, or batteries.
• GPS systems, such as sports watches or cycling computers, can only be returned if unregistered.
• Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.

• Items returned in unsuitable condition may be returned to you.
• If you paid for delivery, we will not refund that cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale Items:
• Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items and items from clearance cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send it to Bikeologist for resolution.

Partial Refunds:
• Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 10 calendar days after delivery.
• Items are part of multiple orders or incomplete.
• Items returned with soiled or opened packaging may incur a 15% restocking fee.

• In case of partial returns, Bikeologist reserves the right to void any discounts, and the customer will be liable to pay the full listed price.

Refunds:
• Once your return is received, our technician will run a QC process. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund from Bikeologistit@gmail.com
• If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
• If delayed, check with your bank. TAT may vary by bank.
• Service and delivery charges are non-refundable once performed.

• All items returned for a refund must be received by us first.
• If the refund is still not received, please contact us at Bikeologistit@gmail.com

Exchanges:
• If you received an item that is damaged, wrong, or incomplete, please contact Bikeologistit@gmail.com with pictures and your order number.
• Exchanges apply only to defective, damaged, or mistakenly ordered products.

• In-store exchanges can be made. Refunds will still be processed online to the original payment method.

Damages:
• We follow strict QC procedures during packing.
• Bikeologist is not liable for damage or loss during shipping.
• If the order is damaged, report within 24 hours to Bikeologistit@gmail.com with photos.
• Keep packaging and submit damage images.
• No returns accepted without prior communication.

• Products may vary slightly from website images, which are for illustration only.

Shipping Policy – Bikeologist

Shipment Processing Time (Excluding Bikes):
• We aim to process all non-bike orders within 2–4 business days.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone in case of significant delays.

Shipment Processing Time (Including Bikes):
• Bikes are individually assembled and inspected by our certified mechanics before shipping.
• Our customer care team will stay in contact throughout the process of bike purchase and delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Delivery time depends on location:

• International – International Courier: 10 -15 Business Days
• UAE (Outside City Limits) – Local Courier: 2-4Business Days
• UAE (Inside City Limits) – Local Courier: 1-3 Business Days

Next-Day Deliveries:
• Available only for orders placed before 2 pm.
• Applies to business days only (no weekends).
• Only available within the city limits of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• May not include bikes.

Click & Collect Option:
• You may choose Click & Collect at checkout to avoid delivery fees.
• Our team will contact you for coordination based on item availability.

Shipping Responsibilities:
• Bikeologist ships worldwide. Contact Bikeologistit@gmail.com for international shipping inquiries.
• Bikeologist is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or government agencies.
• We will help resolve issues where possible, but courier services are beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
• Bikeologist reserves the right to cancel or modify orders depending on product availability.

Exports:
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.
• Shipping prices shown at checkout are estimates. You will be contacted for any adjustments.

Damages:
• Orders are packed under strict quality standards.
• If damaged in shipping, notify us within 24 hours with pictures at Bikeologistit@gmail.com
• Save packaging for claims. No items will be accepted for return without prior communication.

Cancellation Policy – Bikeologist

This cancellation policy applies to subscriptions, pre-orders, and ‘try before you buy’ items offered by Bikeologist.

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions are repeat deliveries based on selected frequency.
• You may cancel or change your subscription at any time.
• Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription.

2. PRE-ORDERS

• Pre-orders refer to items not yet in stock or currently being prepared.
• We may charge a partial deposit or collect full payment upfront.
• You may cancel pre-orders before they are fulfilled for a refund.
• If the item has already been dispatched, the Returns Policy will apply.

3. TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

• When purchasing an item under this option, your payment method is authorized but not charged initially.
• You will have a set period (stated during checkout) to decide whether to keep the item.
• If the item is not returned during this trial period, your card will be charged automatically for the full amount.
• All returns under this scheme are subject to our Returns Policy.
